Wayfold Guides sells digital guides in PDF format. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Wayfold Guides is run by an independent entrepreneur based in Morocco. You can reach us at any time at nextchapterguides0@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you buy a guide: our payment partner Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record, collects your name, email address, country and payment details. We receive your name, email address and order details. We never see or store your card number.
- When you email us: we keep your email address and your message so we can answer you.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
Why we use it
- To deliver your guide and send your receipt
- To answer your questions and handle refunds
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
- If you agree at checkout, to send you news about our guides. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with the services we need to run the shop: Creem for payments, taxes and file delivery, and our website hosting provider. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires. We delete support emails once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you emails, at any time. Just write to nextchapterguides0@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
